What is it you want to do now? You want to see vehicle attitude roll and pitch or you want to see the stick commands? Either way what you have to do is connect to it with MSP (Multiwii Serial Protocol) and request the data. You can look at how MinimOSD or the MW GUI does it for the MSP it's self.

He's right, you cant "move" the quad by sending AUX channel data.
What you can do is to setup a switch on your TX to send the stick commands to make a pre-defined movement, but that's all on the transmitter end, not in the quad's FC.
I still dont understand what your asking totally but like Vyizis says you cant control it over serial at all...
