Flying with GPS hold

Post by matster »

Looking at a few other FC's they often seem to have functionality that enables you to fly with GSP Hold active, so when you release the sticks, it stays where it is.

Is this how the MultiWii GPS hold works?

With MW2.3 it does, but if you want the advanced navigation with Eos Bandi MW2.4Navi B7 viewtopic.php?f=8&t=3989 this feature has been disabled. There is a new release coming soon & I'm guessing that this "loiter" mode will be reinstated.

It's called APMode in V2.3
Threshold is set to +/-40 in config.
You can lower it to ~10 to get it more sensitive.

I've never tried this as always ran NaviB7 where this is disabled for some reason. Does it work as well as APM Loiter?
