You could try to calibrate them by plugging directly into the RX CH3. RX off TX on Throttle full Plug RX in to power ESC beeps Pull Throttle to idle ESC beeps again done.
This sounds more like a Bad solder joint between ESC and Motor or a broken wire inside the motor. OR- very badly out of balance motors or props or both.

when throttle %50 and right stick pull right or left, flipped my quadcopter (left or right motors turns normally)
Very hard to tell but it looks like the props are on the wrong motor and/or the motors are all turning the wrong way. Is Green props the front and red the back. If so then recheck the MW Wiki and tutorials plus the beginnre's thread. Show us a screen shot of Multiwiiconfig.exe with the RX/TX on and the sticks centered to see the center values. If a video of MWconfig.exe then show the stick end point values.
