Crius SE v2.0 No sensor readings...FIXED

Just got my first mutiwii FC. I have built several Multis using KK 5.5 & KK 2 boards. wanted something with more options so I got the Crius SEv2 .0 loaded with 2.1. Played with it on GUI and got trims centered and working in the right direction so the board would arm. Then I decided to run an Arduino tutorial, loaded the blink example, duh. After that the only thing the board would do is blink. On GUI all the defaults were gone. nothing worked. So I reloaded 2.1 and now the defaults are back my stick movements show up but all I have is flatline and Alt trace. All the traces are there, I can see them if I turn them on one at a time they are all at zero. Also getting I2C error HELP......Got it all working. In Arduino I chose the Arduino Duemilanove w/ATmega328 board, uncommented QuadX, uncommented HK_Multiwii_SEv2(because it has the correct sensors/ same as what is on my Crius SE v2), loaded it CABAMMMM everything works. Magic I guess.
