Re: Drifting while in Angle mode

As far as I can tell, the FC isn't taking any commands from the control, as I can neither arm or disarm and the LED does nothing to indicate a change when trying to adjust the ACC Trim

Drifting while in Angle mode

Any thoughts on why my ACC's don't seem to be trimming?

Drifting while in Angle mode

I've read that it should be 1015-1500-1985

Is there a definitive setting? as i can easily do 1000-1500-2000

Also will this help my drifting problem? As according to MultoWii Wiki to put it into ACC trim mode, throttle only needs to be above 1900 (http://www.multiwii.com/wiki/index.php? ... elerometer)

Drifting while in Angle mode

My copter is fairly stable in acro.. it takes off without drifting, so the trims are all correct. However when switching to Angle mode, it drifts backwards and to the right, I thought a simple mounting it level and calibrating the ACC would cure it, it didn't! I have read that the ACC can be fine ad...

Re: Flipping on Take off (NOT ESC wrongly wired)

just confirm, that I resolved the problem, the X,Y,Z axis were off on the Accelerometer. it was quite an arduous procedure of looking at the graphs and changing the X,Y,Z round and adding a - if they're going in the wrong direction, testing and repeat... although that's quads in all cases. on an asi...

Re: SBus connection on Atmega2560

OK good news is that the inverter and serial port etc worked as well.... :)

however in my WinGUI I still can only allocate AUX commands to 1-4 AUX, I can see that 5-8 are working, but they're not selectable!

what am I missing?

Re: Flipping on Take off (NOT ESC wrongly wired)

I'm happy where north is, my house is exactly south facing, so that's all fine assuming the motor positions in the WinGUI (M3,M1,M2,M0) are position graphically where they should be, then, i'm happy the motors are plugged in correctly and rotating in the right direction. I'll look at tying it down a...

Re: Flipping on Take off (NOT ESC wrongly wired)

Thanks for the response PatrikE, I'm very sure my ESC are in the correct locations, but I will use the #define DYNBALANCE to test them.

My quads a little too big to hold while testing, without 2 hands and a helmet!

Re: Flipping on Take off (NOT ESC wrongly wired)

another strange thing, according to MultiWii Wki, the acc, gyro and Mag should do the following; How should be the sensor axis directions TILT the MULTI to the RIGHT (left side up): - MAG_ROLL, ACC_ROLL and GYRO_ROLL goes up - MAG_Z and ACC_Z goes down TILT the MULTI forward (tail up): - MAG_PITCH, ...

Flipping on Take off (NOT ESC wrongly wired)

Just so you're aware I have had my FC working correctly (m), before I crashed it! Since then I have re-built my quad and now on testing it flips when I try and take off, this becomes very annoying as I'm damaging my new frame (spending more money=unhappy wife!) The only changes I've made are as foll...

Pitch backwards and Compass off by 90

I am having a strange thing happen with my board, the pitch seems to be reversed when viewed in the MultiWii GUI (Both PC and Android!), also no matter haw many times I calibrate the mag on my board, the heading is always out by 90 degrees. the 90 degree thing has been happening since I got the boar...

Flying with GPS hold

Looking at a few other FC's they often seem to have functionality that enables you to fly with GSP Hold active, so when you release the sticks, it stays where it is.

Is this how the MultiWii GPS hold works?

Re: HK Multiwii Pro w/mtk GPS Arming Problem

also a total noob, however I have a similar problem, I resolved this by arming the copter with one of my AUX channels, which works for me, even though I do have to use a precious AUX channel for arming and disarming.... on the plus side, it's a lot easier than the stick method!

Re: GPS NAV

Fixed it! It was a wiring fault lol, generated from my most recent crash! It must have just been a coincidence that it work when I had the old code loaded, then stopped after I loaded the new code! Thanks for the help though, it is appreciated!! :)

GPS not working

Hi, I wonder if someone could help me? I'm very new to this, but have a managed to upload the navi B7 code onto my FC, gone through the set-up and am able to communicate with my FC on the pre10(b7) GUI, however I just can't seem to get a GPS signal. If I reload the normal 2.3 code, I get the GPS, bu...
