I looked at your Config.H and you have a problem. The independent sensors you selected after you selected SE 2.0.
Comment out the independent sensors and use just the SE 2.0.

You could try to calibrate them by plugging directly into the RX CH3.
RX off
TX on
Throttle full
Plug RX in to power
ESC beeps
Pull Throttle to idle
ESC beeps again
done.

Re: Not flying well pops up fast!
Load version MWC 2.2 and try again, if good then load back 2.3
This will also clear the EPROMM.
I had an issue where my motors armed but would not spin up until half throttle on 2.3 and a Flyduino mega board. I had to reload 2.2 and the back to 2.3 and all is good. Might be a bug?

I don't think it will arm in BARO mode. Think about it and ask why you would want the quad to hold the altitude (ground level) you are trying to arm the motors at? Only check one box for BARO > H/M/L and assign a TX CH and switch to activate BARO hold when you have the quad at the desired altitude. ...

My APC220's ran great on 57600 with no drops, I say ran because I seem to have lost one somewhere recently.
I would suspect the 3dr settings are where you should look.
Have you tried the wingui? it seems to run smoother.

Stay away from WII clones and for that matter just stay away from WII components altogether as they have been superseded by low cost all in one IMU's. Grab one of the low cost IMU's for the same price or less.

OK I have one with similar problems and I suspect my SeeduinoMega board, I have removed everything and still I am getting errors. The next step will to be remove the board and touch all the pins with a solder tip to make sure a pin did not break loose. If that don't fix it the board must be dying.

You might try to re-calibrate your TX centers @1500 in GUI and the end points to 1095-1905. Also as the battery voltage drops it will effect stability, are you using good batteries?
