Question about programmer

What kind of programmer comes with crius lite board? And which one do i choose in aurduino ?

It's a normal FTDI.
In Arduino i use this settings.

Programmer = AVRISP mkII
Board = Arduino PRO or PRO MiNI (5V 16Mhz)

Ok thanks , i have been selecting usbasp and usbtiny in aurduino 1.0 ! It works on both these settings but didnt know if it matters as to how it flashes to board !
