Changing mounting direction of CRIUS Multiwii SE

Hi,

I just received my CRIUS MultiWii SE Board and want to put it in my Quadcopter. The Quad was originally powered by a KKmulti-Controller and it would save me a great deal of work, if I could change the mounting direction from edge > front to corner > front like the KKmulti. If it is not possible in the firmware, could I use a V-Tail mixer in my TX? Or would this mess up everything?

V-tal mix will work fine...

I will change the boards now and test if I have to turn 45° CW or CCW.

After all, I mounted the board the way it should be. All the messing with V-Tail mixer, etc. leads to a load of possible errors.
