WMP gyro problem

Post by fgrs »

i have connected WMP and deactivated other modules, in the GUI its shows that the sensor actually works when tilted but when i hold it still all the values pitch/roll/yaw returns back to 0 it basically wont hold the position i'm sure this was working before i desoldered some components, checked with brand new WMP but no luck either, ACC works fine, tested with soft 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2, anyone who might know what's wrong?

my setup: Paris v2 MWC - flyduino pro + WMP connected to d12|scl|sda|gnd + bma 180 + llc

what you describe is perfect for only gyro activated - called acro mode.
To make use of the acc and achieve level functionality, one must enable either horizon or level mode - can be switched on/off via an asignment to an aux channel (in gui) or by enabling a set of all three values for one aux channel in the gui
