how to set up baro on quadcopter

I have not found any info on how to set up baro on a quad. Can someone help me figure out how to set it up. Do i put foam over it? dome with a hole in it? just dont know the right answer.

As far as I know the foam is to stop wind affecting the baro, if you put a dome over it and it is air tight then the baro wont work as it will not see any difference in air pressure. So if you put foam on it and a dome with holes you have covered all bases.

The wind effects depends on how you made your frame too. Foam or not, it's a simple question. Just have a try to make better choice. I think it's easy to compare. Turn on your quad and look at the diversification of the baro value in GUI or try flying it in the wind. You will see the difference between the baro exposed in the air and the one covered by foam.

I read somewhere that the baro is also affected by the direct sunligh (or light) that goes trough the hole.
