Filming from the air...

When I first set out to build my quadcopter I had one main goal in mind; to be able to film rocket launches from the air.

Since I fly my rockets alone 90% of the time doing such a feat would be very difficult, at least a couple of years ago.
However with today's consumer technology it is now possible.

For me this is very exciting and I hope to film many more launches from the sky.

Maybe there are others on this forum who also enjoy the hobby of model rocketry?

After having crashed my Quadcopter several weeks ago I went and purchased a new cheaper gimbal (GoodLuckBuy STorM32) to replace the broken DYS gimbal.
I have been PID tuning the new gimbal and have reached this level of success:
