The best is that right after the crash my Quad had only some aluminium parts of the landing skid bended !!!

haha, your crash looked similar to mine, the only one till now . I did some yaw + fast fwd turn, in Acro mode, later then I loosed orientation and dont know how to stop it, just lowered throttle and watched it digging into the ground. Luckily I just had to replace the alu arm and some zip-ties.
Not like airplanes that I can fly very far, with my tricopter I never pass over 100m range without GPS home lock.

2nd attempt.
Take off with default PID
ACC enabled since the begining and at 46 sec BARO and MAG enabled...but then tilting slightly front.
What i must do in order to make my Quad more stable even without ACC , BARO and MAG ?

without acc, you'll fly in acro mode.
- have you done ESC(s) calibration?
- balance motors & propeller
- PID tuning
- trim in Acro mode until it doesnot drift anymore
And finally, you should take off "strongly", not gently like that.
