A guide for getting MSP_ATTITUDE using an Arduino

I don't know about you, but I really struggled to understand MSP based on the documentation. Rereading it now that I know what's going on reveals that it does sort of make sense, but that's not the point. I figured that it'd be a good idea to write a guide for reading MSP_ATTITUDE using an Arduino.
