I need some information about multiwii code!!

Hi!!
I need some information about the main code of multiwii to improve a software similar to autotune (by APM); what mode could be selected, in which part of code is the information that i need to improve my software...
I try to talk with someone who know the code perfectly to explain me what is exactly failed in my attemp.
The idea is basically get the best values of PID in a mathematic model, so i need to know the exactly information i am using for this.
