Using MultiWiiConf 2.3 with MWC 2.1

I have a homemade "nanowii" with mwc21nano installed which is based on mwc 2.1 .

My question: Is there any problem if i am using MultiWiiConf 2.3 ( last version ) to configure the multiwii 2.1 which is installed on the arduino leonardo ?

It wont work.
You must use the same version of the config tool.
