Hi,
I'm using I2C_GPS_NAV module with 2.2 r62 from eosbandi with the promini boards. In MW 2.3 there was already known problem with I2C errors from the beginning, but after using this patch from varvar viewtopic.php?f=8&t=4246&start=30#p43393 it worked perfectly on all my boards (on both - ITG3205 and MPU6050 based).
Now I tested dev. release r1637, where this problem is already corrected but probably a little different way than varvar originally proposed in his post.
I found, that my board using ITG3205 gyro works also with r1637 perfecly with I2C GPS without I2C errors but my other board using MPU6050 gyro gives with r1637 again I2C errors and even applying varvar's patch into EEPROM.cpp doesn't help. Strange is also, that with I2C_GPS_NAV running 2.2 r62 it gives these errors but with loaded older version 2.1rc2 it works fine.
Can someone please confirm my observation and possibly modify that previous modification between 2.3 and r1637 to provide widest possible compatibility?
Thanks!
Roman
