Reassign Pins

Hello this is my first time posting here and i am not sure if this is where i should post this but i have a problem. about a month ago i built a tri copter. i used a Arduino mega, WMP and turnigy plush ESC. everything was going good. until i blew two ESC. i think they got wet. anyways i ordered some new ones. while i waited for them to come in i used my mega for other projects and i think i may have blew some pins on it. because now that i got my ESC's in and put my tricopter back together the same way i had it before i am not able to arm the motors. i am curious if i am able to change the RC inputs from A8-A11 to other pins. i really want to get it back in the air and am unable to. thanks.

nvm thanks i found out two wires on my WMP were shorting. fixed them and it fixed the problem.
