Multiwii pro gps issue and bluetooth

I have a multiwii pro board that use to run on 2.2 and I have upgraded to 2.3 and has been working fine but in the last week I cannot get a gps lock and my Bluetooth module no longer lights up and cannot connect to it, I can get the gps to work by sending the sketch to the multiwii board and as long as I do not disconnect from pc I get gps lock but as soon as I unplug it and plug back in again I loose gps lock and the blue light on the multiwii board can anyone help me cheers
