Hi,
sometimes, when I try to steer, the Multi climbs because the motors can acceleraty faster than the motors slow down on the opposite side. AltHold is not an option, the HK pocket-quad only has the MPU6050.
I could imagine, other Multis have the same Problem.
I'm pretty sure someone already suggested to use ESCs with adjustable brakes to to overcome the problem. but I couldn't find any Topic related to motor braking.
The next step would be regen braking, to increase flight-time a bit. But I'm not sure, if that works with sensorless ESCs...
Any comments?

ESCs with regen braking?
Re: ESCs with regen braking?
It works with simonk esc firmware-it is called comp_pwm...but must be enabled by hand. I have this working on HK F30A esc form HobbyKing.
Re: ESCs with regen braking?
o_lampe are you sure the "THROTTLE_ANGLE_CORRECTION" is off?
If its ON you have to reduce the value so the quad will stay put.
My pocketquad doesent climb while wildly moving the stick, it drops.
