Hi, i don't know if in someway it can be accomplished with the current version... But i have installed everything tied up all cables and protected the FC in the middle... It's SO DIFFICULT, if for any reason i need to do a dynamic balance!!!! If only i had the option to turn off individual motors/outputs (like check box from the GUI)... Would that be possible/easy to include?
A big thanks to multiwii developers/community !!!!!!

What do you mean by "dynamic balance"? Multiwii is balancing the copter at least in stable mode roughly 300 times a second automatically. Do you think to be faster and better by switching the motors on and off manually?
Where is actually your problem?

I believe he is talking about balancing the motors themselves. This requires you to run one motor at a time and he does not want to go through the trouble of disconnecting the other motors to do this.
