Switchable Rate box item

Hello,

I have many different models, it would be a great addition if we could have a box item to switch between rate modes (since some I want precision, others I just want to go beastmode).

1) Yes, I realize I can do this in the TX already, but I fly with the same model on all of my stuff
2) You can dial it up for warthox style acro, or even dial it down to train a friend, or fly precision for AP.

Thoughts?

Are you using one MWC for multiple models? Otherwise the rates are stored in the EEPROM of each controller, isn't it?

Right, thats why I wanted a feature implemented so I can assign the rate to a switch. For example switch pos 0 would be normal, default rate, then switch pos 1 would be beastmode (1.6).

I think there is an option to select from multiple parameter sets using stick combos.

Possibly, but how can this be set in flight? This is the end goal.

Another thing is, not everyone has a computer radio, this would allow them to switch their rate using a 5th channel.
