I'm not sure whether this isn't already possible with the basic gimbal setup but I wondered whether it would be possible to make the WM+ setup to work as a plane stabilizer with a function to turn the level mode on and of just like in the multicopters.
I made a test setup to test the wm+ on a arduino and to servo's but I can't get the gimbal to work yet aswel as make it controllable.
Might be an idea for the developers here to focus on an Autopilot version

Any advice on how to make the gimbal work better, is also pretty welcome!
