These two "sensors" came in an open bubble wrap pouch where they had obviously been removed from the anti static bag that the seller originally bought them in.
Needless to say, this time because the seller had no frickin clue what static can do to a sensor, I received two non functional HC SR04s to be brother and sister to their other non functional one that also came out of the bag from yet another seller. Don't these dumb sellers know what kind of machines are sorting this stuff????? They probably both failed when the person who shipped them removed them from the antistatic bag. The sorting machines put nails in the coffin. FFS!!!
Update. The seller has offered me a full refund and will pay return shipping.
