which board is best?

Hi,
I have 3 board:
1- Arduino Uno
2- Arduino Pro Mini
3-ArduPilot Mega (old version) http://www.sparkfun.com/products/8785

So I don't know which one is the best for multiwii to build a quad copter.
Can you help me to choose the best one that can be useful for further improvement in project? for example using GPS.

If you are going to use a Gps it's god to have more than one Searial port.
Uno Or PRO mini is just a matter of size otherwise they are the same.

And ArduPilot have all the outputs ready on the board!...
No nead of a shield.

Tough choice....
