CRIUS V2.5 Problem

Hello,
Yesterday, I made some test and suddently, my multiwii become unreadable and now it's impossible to put any program into or anything else.
Somebody have an idea ? I have try to put the programm use to clear the EEPROM into my multiwii but it's impossible to download the program (FTDI LED move at the beginning and failled).
