Coreless motors

Hey all,
I'm new to this forum. After finishing a mini (260 mm wheelbase) quad a couple of weeks ago, i was intrigued by the Pixxy micro racing quad (http://www.supermotoxl.com/Real-object- ... d-118.html)
I'm worried by the restrictions (angle locks, etc) put in place by commercial ll-in-one micro quad FCs.
Has anyone succesfully controlled coreless motors using a Multiwii board?
