MultiWii

Hello,

After a Quadcopter based on KKboard, i have decided to build my first Wiicopter.
I bought a Paris V2 board here: http://www.multiwiicopter.com, and i receveid it just in 8 days!

I want to build a Quad with stable mode, now i have to made a choice:
use a Nunchuk from Nintendo or use an accelerometer ADXL345 from Sparkfun.

I found differents informations concerning connection to the board but i didn't really find information concerning the flight quality that i can expected.

Could you give your feeling about this different kind of accelerometer?

Hi,
If you want to buy a good accelerometer, I advise the BMA180 instead.
It's much less noisy than the ADXL345.

The nunchuks are not so bad, but the cycle time is important with it.

which acc is in the original nunchuck?

would it be correct to order them by performance like this:
nunchuck-acc < adxl345 < bma020 < bma180

The price of an ADX345 and and BMA180 is similar, if the second is better i will use a BMA180.

Do you have a specific soft version to use this kind of accelerometeur?

The 1.6 is ok with BMA180, as this ACC is one of the part of FFIMU from Jussi.
I'm not sure about the breakout board orientation, but it's not a real problem to determine it.
