Acc Z axes goes to 512 before or after cal. all other close to zero on graphs. This is the 2nd board to do this. Also sticks very sensitive. Normal pid's. Please help

That's the intended behaviour. What's the problem? How does the copter fly?

512 means you have 1 g of pull on the Z-axis. If you didn't, you'd start floating away.. gravity is a nice thing to have.
