Accelerometer position on frame

Hi,

my sensor (MPU6050) is about 2-3cm from the middle of the centerplate.
It was my first copter and I thought that it doesn't make any differences: The measured angle will be same - but now I realised that the angular speed will be different.

Does it influence the calulaction badly or is it not so bad? (Is there any parameter to tune the position of the accelerometer?)

I don't think few cm will make any difference except if you have a frame with severe vibrations
