arming MultiWii_2.3_r1604

After MW2.3 r1604 uploading to Crius-AIO V2.0-Board all is fine...
After "writing settings to board" (without changing something) via MWWin-Gui 2.2: arming is different.

Before writing settings to board arming motors: level to ESC is 1200 (min throttle) - 1836 (full throttle), all is fine
disarmed level is 1000 on all motors...

After writing settings to board arming motors: level to ESC is 0 (min throttle) - 1500 (full throttle)
disarmed level is 1000 on all motors...

any idea?
