MultiWii

I have a multiwii lite v1.0 and a multiwii 328p with the built in usb port. I have the ftdi adapter for the lite board. I can upload the firmware with kkmulticopter using isp headers using a usbasp board ok to both boards. Both boards show up in devices and printers as a uart usb on port 21 on one and port 23 on the other. When i try to upload the multiwii sketch using Ardunio program it shows avrdude out of sync error like it is no even seeing the board. I have selected the correct port and board in the settings.

When i hook up the boards to multiwii conf program i don't get a response
Any help would be great.

I have this error if connection with board have problem - sometimes unplug/plug helps.
Do you have FTDI driver installed properly ?
Can you see USB Serial port (COMXX) in windows device menager ?

Make sure you unplug all serial devices with two way communication, especially bluetooth adapters from the fc.
