Is the Crius MWC MultiWii SE Multi-Copter flight control board V2 Version Firmware V2.1 better than the Crius Upgrade Version MWC MultiWii Standard Edition Flight Controller V1.0 SE that we commonly find on eBay? I am new in this forum and new to quadcopters. I recently acquired version 1 of this board for my first quad. I live in Brasil and can´t find much help Should I ask to change to version 2?

They are basically the same board with different version of the software preloaded. Check the sensors provided on the board, if they are the same then you have the same board. Simply flash it with the version of Multiwii that you want. Follow all the newbie instructions and advice. Don't rush to go fly, take your time. If you rush you can break it very quickly. Then go have some fun

The v2 board has a MPU sensor. It is virtually the same... I am reading a lot about Multiwii... too much information... I still have doubts on PID configuration: Is there a default configuration to start with? I have to get used to terms like yaw, roll, pitch, rud...
