MWC MultiWii SE Multicopter Flight Controller V2.0 - Pins

Post by Stephan Oldenburg »

This is the new Crius SE 2.0 Board:

The pins are not totaly selfexplaning. The pins on the left side and the pin D12 at the bottom.

Can anyone help?

2. thing:
In the explanation of the Board from the EBay seller is written:
- Separate 3.3V and 5V LDO voltage regulator
and
- On board logic level converter

What does this mean exactly? Is it possible to lower the 5V signal from the uart to 3.3V?
I ask because we connect the FC by serial with the 3.3V multi I/O from a Raspberry Pi and at the moment we use an external logic level converter between the FC and the Raspberry Pi.
Can we connect now the FC directly with the Pi without destroying it?

I found something on the HK Page in the Comments: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__27108__MultiWii_SE_V2_0_Flight_Controller_w_FTDI.html

D2 = Throttle
D4 = Roll
D5 = Pitch (=Nick)
D6 = Yaw
D7 = Aux 1
D8 = Aux 2 (if configured in config.h)

D12 = Aux 2 (if configured in config.h)

This looks right. I've put this in the picture above.

EDIT: And I let this thread only for the Board Layout and the Pins. I'll open a new thread for the logic level converter.
I think no one will find this under this topic.
