Crius AIOP v2.0: PPM sum receiver don't work

I don’t get my sum receiver (FrSky TFR4 or Futaba R6107SP) to work with this new board.
I’ve tried different variants (with or without #define PPM_ON_THROTTLE). I’ve tried new PPM sum input channel and also old version with pin A8. No reaction. Same config with my Crius AIOP V1.0 works.
All is fine if I use a standard receiver. But that’s not my goal. I want to use a sum receiver.

I found a hint in rcgroups for MegapiratesNG. In this software the problem seems to be fixed since MPNG 2.8R3+ (to enable v2 PPM pin, go to APM_Config.h and select SERIAL_PPM_ENABLED_PL1 as ppm source (PPM_SUM on PL1 pin (ICP5))).

I don’t have the ability to adapt this modification to multiwii. Now I hope some of you can do this.
