Not yet, to my knowledge - but patches are welcome
I had a similar question about the Teensy 3.0, which is somewhat similar to the Due.

yes it's strait forward, but on the other hand It's very easy to catch.

It compiles fine and there is an extended Ardino library witch can com in handy
