Didn't know where to put this one.

Truth of the matter is that I have a lot of time on my hands right now and I want to keep myself busy so I'll design as many items as I can. If there are any request let me know!

ATmega32u4 with mpu6050,standard or serial receiver, 6.5" M to M. Mini Quad.
I'll upload the eagle files after I go over them again.

I don't own all available motors so please check mounts and post any revisions.

All caps and resistors are 805s for easier handling and I've been able to skillet reflow or hand soldier all the boards I designed.
You could get 5 bare board/frame made for $70.00 plus shipping http://imall.iteadstudio.com/open-pcb/pcb-prototyping/im120418010.html as a side every time I've had PCB's done up they have always given me two extra in the batch.
If you would like a larger quad you can cut PCB at the dashed lines and extend the motor mounts with tubing, wood, etc.

Here's the next design AIO Pico, I'm almost done with this one all that's needed is FETs for brushed motors and LIPO charger.

Nice job there. Two useful ideeas for multirotor stackable board concept:

1-It would be useful to create a single layer DIY Remzibi OSD board in standard 50x50mm board. For this project, i would think that remzibi osd is the most apropiate as it is the most mature open source OSD. The schematics can be found googleing.
2-In the same approach, an Opel Long Range Receiver (OLRS http://flytron.com/openlrs/146-openlrs-receiver-v2.html ) with bi-directional link would be useful to be carved in a standard 50x50mm for multirotors. Serial PPM, RSSi and RX-TX serial link should be available on lateral pins.

One more thing: put your layout in PDF format also, as Eagle is a tool not known by many.

Thanks for the suggestions and input, I'll look into both next. I've been struggling with finding room on the Pico copter design for the lipo charger placement with the IC I’ve selected, MCP73833. I like the fact that it has status indication built in but the additional 805 resistors and LEDs take up more room so I’ve made the lipo charger a separate breakaway board. This design will enable charging of an extra battery for more flight time while still keeping manufacturing cost down, all that’s needed is to score and snap before soldering electronic parts.

I'm still waiting for the motors to finalize the motor hole diameter, unless someone has a #8 UFO motor they want to send me here in Florida.
