I does, and it works like a charm too. A good board for a lite, small build.

Exactly right, Lite. ;)

If GPS is desired, then one has to get a Mega or a second 328.

I have successfully run a serial GPS attached to the serial port of the older Crius SE w/o the i2c pins. It works perfectly fine. You just have to disconnect it when you use the FTDI for GUI

It should, just if GPS is wanted, then it will required the additions mentioned above.
