Just saw this on hackaday.com its arduino compatible, has a built in accelerometer and many features. but would it be usable for MW?

Not without some serious porting work, as it's using a completely different CPU. As far as I can tell it's just the hardware that is "Arduino-compatible", by supporting the same pin out used for Arduino shields.
Also, this board only provides accelerometers, no gyroscopes, this won't be very stable (Gyros are much more important to have than accelerometers).

yea, i knew the gyro would be needed, but I didnt realize it ran on different code, hackaday said arduino compatible, though i did see on the website that said arduino hardware compatible. thanks for the reply, Lenz
