Source for motion plus

Post by Camblonie »

Anyone have a source for motion plus's in the US? Seems like nobody stocks the add on piece anymore, only the new built in controller. I have a clone that barely registers anything on the config, might be just line noise. I have it wired to an Arduino UNO powered from the USB but I don't think that would matter. The only alternative I see is the 3200 which is $50.

If You plan to use an BMA020 as ACC as well you can use the clone by cutting the Chip. Works great!

Some Radio Shack stores still have them. I found mine there.
You can go to radioshack.com, look up Wii Motion Plus and check local store availability by entering your zip code.
4 stores in my area had them in stock.

Has anyone used the built in controller? I am curious if everything needed is in on central location on the board and what the connections would look like.
