Pitch backwards and Compass off by 90

I am having a strange thing happen with my board, the pitch seems to be reversed when viewed in the MultiWii GUI (Both PC and Android!), also no matter haw many times I calibrate the mag on my board, the heading is always out by 90 degrees.

the 90 degree thing has been happening since I got the board, but the pitch and revers is new, the only thing I have done recently is installed a Bluetooth receiver (mainly To enable me to properly calibrate the mag!!).

the arrow on my board is facing the correct way and the roll is fine!

any suggestions??

it's still off a 15 degrees or so, but it's a lot better!
