Apm 2.6 Hardware with Multiwii Soft

Hello guys

I,m building a quadcopter with a DJI F450 frame Kit and an apm 2.6 with its accesories like
https://store.3drobotics.com/products/3 ... th-compass and https://store.3drobotics.com/products/3dr-radio also a Turnigy 9XR Transmitter and Tarot T-2D Brushless Camera Mount Gimbal Rack

I would like to know if it is posible to install and use multiwii in it as well and what things i should have in consideration to do that ?

MWii don't support APM 2.x.
APM uses SPI to communicate with MPU and MWii I2C.

I am sure the sensor routines could be rewritten but WHY? Not logical to me.

ahh i see ,
what hardware will you recommend instead of the apm 2.6 in order to reuse the rest of the hardware i have , i own all sorts of arduinos and a few different imus,
i started to port the mw protocol and i,d like to have both apm and mw for testing researching
