HI!
I bought Crius SE v2.0 from rctimer. I have also arduino nano, but i don't have FTDI adapter. Can I use Arduino as a ISP programmer to set my board? How to do this?

Yes, just short the reset pin with GND on the Nano board and you have an FTDI-Adapter.
Connect the RX with RX and TX with TX.

Re: Crius SE 2.0 programming with Arduino nano
I find picture how to connect arduino to use it as a ftdi programmer, but when i tried to do something I get error avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x00. I tried to solve it and I failed.
I have rs232 port in my computer and lpt port. Does anyone know, if I can use them to program multiwii and use Multiwii Configurator?

You can use either method AFAIK. You just need to find the serial pinout to use to connect your arduino to computer.
I believe you would be best served by shorting reset and ground with a small capacitor.
