MultiWii Lite 1.0 Flashing

Just got this board, Firmware 2.1 and I am trying to set it up for a QuadX build.
Installed drivers, COM port, etc. Using Windows 7, x64.
When I try to download a sketch, the connection to the FTDI flashes the green RX, the board blue light flashes and the red and green lights stay on. The green bar in Arduino goes to about 90% and stops.
I have tried to reinstall, still nothing. I tried the Blink sketch. Same result.

The MultiWii Lite 1.0 board is not in Arduino so I chose the Pro or ProMini with 5V, 16MHz and ATmega328. Is this the correct board?

What am I doing wrong?? Any help would be appreciated.

Check if the RX and TX wires are crossed. Check if your FTDI supplies 5V. There are versions where you can choose 3.3 or 5V with a soldered bridge on the backside.
