Do i need a ppm receiver for multiwii se mini 1.0 for hexo??

Hello everyone I was hoping i could get help with my first ever hexcopter build,i have no clue at this point on what to do.i am stuck with my RX-its a futaba R617fs and i have no way to conect my Multiwii SE,it seems like the flight board needs an RX that suports PPM??? is there any way i could get around this or do i need to buy a new flight board or a new TX and RX.any help is much apreciated.i can post pictures of the build and all the electronics that i am using,thank you Ben

D2= Throttle
D4 = Roll
D5 = Pich
D6 =Yaw
D7 = Mode/AUX1


Same connection scheme as for PRO mini

that set up is for a quadcopter with 4 motors.I have a hexcopter with 6 motors,from what i can see in the multiwii Se manual to run a 6 motor set up i need a ppm compadable Rx ?
