Arduino Nano or Arduino UNO Possible?

I already have Arduino UNO and Arduino Nano. Can I build MultiWii Copter using these board? is it possible?

I took up the production a dedicated PCB shield for Ardu Nano, you can see this on my RCG's blog :-)
