mega 1280 with wm+

I have tried to connect an original wm+ on my arduino mega 1280(sda on sda, scl on pin scl of arduino,vcc+on 5v power pin and gnd on gnd beside 5v and on configurator preter7 I get nothing........
Any idea?

I also have a Mega 1280 and I can try with one of my originals.

OK - tested with MEGA 1280 and a genuine WM+
I connected to 5V and GND and SDA / SCL

Downloaded 1.7 final and opened the file in Arduino IDE. selected the mega 1280 board and uploaded it.
Then I started GUI and it worked right away

internal i2c pullups enabled if it helps...

Now Im gonna find all pins used on mega boards...
7 RC in (yes all 7 minimum)
6 motors out(hexa plans)
3 servo outs (camera)

als LED/alarm

Thanks Undcon,I have tried my wm+ on an arduino pro mini clone with clone adapter all was ok except when I connect rx and + from an esc and connect to pc I have lost voltge from esc to rx and I wonder if my wm+ is damaged..........and this mega was used with aeroquad board and gyroscope stop working so I ordered another mini and if my wm+ don't work i will by another.Not very lucky......

rx pins analog 8to 13
esc pwm 8 to 13 I think,if I can help you with this
