found some infos in alt hold theard with differents variant but in mw2.0pre1
can I use :
Alt_P 3.0 Alt_I 0.025, Alt_D 0
and
Vel_P 4.1 Alt_I 0.000, Alt_D 30
original multiwii are very diffferent from this values.

it's basically marbalon algo which was a little bit optimized (only computation issue)
