Hello Securitycamera2000,

while your cameras are really nice for FPV I have to complain about your way of dealing with replacements. I ordered one camera in July and it arrived just a few days later, but didn't work. Your support was helpful and I sent back the faulty cam while being promissed to get a replacement ASAP.

I had to wait 3 months (!!!) for the replacement to arrive. I wrote an emails to your support every other week, because no replacement arrived. First they replied they were waiting for the faulty cam to arrive in China (WTF, it takes weeks for parcels to arrive there, the original shipment obiously wasn't coming from China, but I had to send it back to China). Weeks after that they replied they would immediately send it out now. I had to write several more mails (every two weeks) ... the working replacement cam didn't arrive until late October and was sent from Shenzhen in late September (apparently only after I repeatedly reminded them I still existed, they finally sent it out).

A really bad customer experience ... so I can't recommend buying from you, no matter how cheap and good the cameras actually are :/

P.S.: This was the first time something from China wasn't working when it arrived. It might be very well the case that all replacement shippings from and to China are handled this way (=badly) ... in this case, I can't recommend buying anything expensive from there. For cheap stuff: don't ask for a replacement, ask for your money back and order another one ... way faster!

Thanks for your comment and I am very sorry to hear this. We apologize for causing you such inconvenience. Normally we will arrange replacement for you when we get your post receipt of sending back the faulty camera, and it usually takes 2-3 weeks for shipping the replacement. We always care our customers experience and satisfaction. Could you please send me your order number? I will check this matter to find why it took such a long time.
