X series frsky smart port and telemetry

Just wondering. ..... How can I get telemetry from naze to rx on the x series frsky smart ports or have I been out smarted. .... Been using D4R2 rx with telemetry and love it but now want to use sbus to naze and PWM outputs to three axis gimbal from head tracker with X8R rx

youd be talking about this sort of thing ?
