You have to turn on headless mode in the code before it shows in the config tool (whichever one it is you use, in your case WinGUI).

Like CK said, your headfree will not show up in the GUI until it is enabled in config.h, and your alt hold is your baro. When baro is lit up, alt hold is engaged.
